1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) once it has dispatched.

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@somasleep.co.uk and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
2. Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate, calculated based on destination and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The exact rate will be shown once you enter your delivery address during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
3.1 UK Domestic Orders
Estimated delivery time for orders within the UK is 5–10 business days from dispatch.
3.2 International Orders
Delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination country, depending on local customs processing, the courier network used, and distance. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation email where available.
3.3 Estimates, Not Guarantees
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier processing, customs, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays.
4. International Shipping
4.1 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your country's customs authority may apply import duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are your responsibility as the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country.
4.2 Customs Delays
International shipments may be held by customs for inspection or clearance. This can extend delivery times beyond our stated estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
4.3 Restricted Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are unable to ship there at this time. You are responsible for confirming that the products you order may be lawfully imported into your country.
5. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update with the courier.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
6.1 Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@somasleep.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and, where the package is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
6.2 Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package as delayed but still in transit, we ask for your patience as couriers work through backlogs, particularly around customs or peak periods. We will assist with courier enquiries if a delay seems excessive.
6.3 Incorrect Delivery Address
If a package is returned to us or lost because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we may require you to cover the cost of reshipment.
7. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@somasleep.co.uk with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately or arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments of a single order.
